SHINE AMGALAN COMPLEX

The New Amgalan Complex consists of a total of 17 blocks, of which Daatsyn Tsamkhaг Company is responsible for 3 blocks. Blocks B1 and B2 have been handed over, and residents have already moved in. Construction of Block B7 is underway and is scheduled to be completed and operational in the 2nd quarter of 2026.

Block B7 is a 16-story residential building with 150 apartments, commercial spaces, and a storage area on the B1 floor.
