2013

Operations have commenced

Personnel and cargo transportation, installation and dismantling of lifts and gondolas, maintenance and service have commenced.

2015-2016

BAGANAT URGUU

At units 407 and 408 of SKY TOWN-2, FINANCE LINE Tower, installation and dismantling of cranes, maintenance services, technical inspection, and interior finishing works were performed.

2016-2017

International school of ulaanbaata

Performed tower crane installation at the International School of Ulaanbaatar staff housing project, supplied and installed a 25-ton crane at the new airport under construction in Khöshigt Valley, Sergelen District, Töv Province, and carried out installation of 12 Condo Lamarque suspended hoists, regular technical inspections, and diagnostic evaluations at Shangri-La Hotel & Resort.

2017-2018

Oyu Tolgoi mining

Executed the installation of two 25-ton tower cranes at Oyu Tolgoi mining facilities, including the concrete batching plant, bagged cement additive warehouse, mixer washing and water treatment building, enclosed warehouse repair workshop, office and laboratory building, and thermal substation generator building, with full operation by our own crew.

2019

Construction works for the General Authority for Enforcement of Court Decisions

Completed construction works for Block 104, located in the 11th khoroo of Khan-Uul District, Ulaanbaatar, commissioned by the General Authority for Court Decision Enforcement.

2020-2021

16-story residential building with 140 apartments

Completed construction and installation works for a 16-story, 140-unit residential building for “Argai Chuluu” LLC, located in the 20th khoroo of Khan-Uul District, Ulaanbaatar.

2020-2021

Subsidiary companies were established

During these years, the company expanded across multiple sectors, including the Shine Amgalan Phase 4 B1 and B2 residential project with 360 units, Gazo lightweight block production, Daatsan Tsamkhaag furniture factory, EBA Center under Daatsan Tsamkhaag Group, a tourist camp in Zavkhan province, and various agricultural business ventures.

2024

Khos Tsamkhag’ 150-apartment residential building

We are planning the Shine Amgalan Phase 6 residential project with 300 units, the “Khos Tsamkhaag” 150-unit residential project in Orkhon Province, as well as production and market supply for “DAATS KHUNS.”
