According to the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2025 Labour Market Outlook, it is estimated that 78 million new jobs will be created globally by 2030. Based on data collected from over 1,000 companies, the report projects a total increase of 170 million jobs worldwide by 2030. With technological advancements accelerating, the sectors expected to generate the most jobs are those undergoing rapid transformation.

By sector, the construction industry is projected to have the highest demand for workers by 2030.
